The Cleveland Browns selected the Heisman winner from Oklahoma, Baker Mayfield. There was talk leading up to the draft that they knew weeks before the draft that they were going to select Mayfield with the number pick. Some people thought the Browns were going to take Saquon Barkley with the first pick, but that did not happen. The Browns went 0-16 last season and are looking to turn their franchise around this year.
